Rory Casey

Rory’s areas of expertise include Conveyancing, Commercial Law, and Landlord and Tenant. He also has extensive experience in the area of Trusts. He has advised both private and corporate clients in major property and commercial transactions in County Clare and beyond. He also advises Lending Institutions on taking and perfecting security.
Recent matters on which Rory has advised include:
- Management Buyout of Pharmacy including complex company restructuring and company law issues;
- Development of Business Park including site assembly, financing, and disposals
- Advising Multi-National Company on Corporate Governance issues
Rory has served on the Advisory Board of TG4, the state’s Irish Language Television Service. He has lectured as part of Clare VEC’s LL.B. Programme with the University of London and was recently nominated to prepare a submission on behalf of the County Clare Law Association regarding proposed legislative changes in the area of solicitor’s undertakings in commercial matters.
Away from Bindon House, Rory enjoys playing a tune or two, travelling and browsing the history section in bookshops.
