Anne joined the firm in 1999. She specialises in Family Law and has litigated cases in the District, Circuit and High Courts.
Sensitive to the unhappiness which clients experience on relationship breakdown, Anne pursues a constructive approach in resolving the issues that follow.
Anne advises clients on Domestic Violence, Elder Abuse, Custody, Guardianship, Access, Divorce, Separation, Childcare, Child Abduction Adoption Cohabitation Agreements Cohabitation Disputes And The Issues Of Wills And Inheritance After Marital Breakdown. Anne also practises as a Family Law Mediator and has trained as a Collaborative Lawyer
Anne continues to act in transactions involving Residential Conveyancing, Mortgages, Voluntary Transfers of Residential and Agricultural Property, Probate, and Enduring Powers Of Attorney
